COMMITTEE ON

ARBITRATION AND CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

The tasks of the Committee are as follows:

To serve as PUPSMK's Grievance Office
To intercede between students or officers in times of acute misunderstanding or quarrel
To settle the students or officers' acute misunderstanding or quarrel
To prepare for the amendment to any of the provisions of this Constitution and By-Laws according to Article XI
To impose penalty, if any, to conflicting students or officers
To coordinate with the Committee on Elections in conducting a referendum for the amendment of any of the provisions of this Constitution and By-Laws and By-Laws of the PUP Samahan Ng Mga Mag-aaral Ng Kasaysayan
