The tasks of the Committee are as follows:

• To conduct and supervise the conduct of election, referendum or ratification among the members of PUPSMK

• To conduct election arbitrarily among the members of the Executive Committee regarding the removal of officers

• To conduct election for the position of a Chair among the members of an adjunct organization, except when the nature of the organization will not warrant such conduct of election

• To canvass votes arbitrarily and to proclaim winners immediately after the canvassing
