The tasks of the Committee on Secretariat are as follows:

 

• To take charge of the documentation of events and projects of the PUPSMK, which may include registration of participants, taking of photos and videos of programs or activities and safekeeping of such records and documents

• To create and maintain a database of important information of PUPSMK members such as their email addresses and contact numbers among others.
